Mining in Saxony has a long tradition. Yet we are not looking back; we are shaping the future. The Free State of Saxony is home to known deposits of so-called high-tech raw materials—materials that also appear on the EU’s list of critical raw materials.
With the new brochure "Raw Materials Create the Future: Mining in Saxony – Innovation Born of Tradition," we aim to inform all interested parties about current developments, projects, and prospects regarding mining in Saxony, enabling them to form their own picture of the Free State’s path toward an innovative future with secure raw material supplies.
